Hello Chestnut Writers!

Ms. Cortelli and Mr. Brown have been working on establishing a Writing Group block during the Triple E period at the end of the day.  So far, we have not been able to get this approved or figure out the logistics of how we would get participating students to the library for this activity.  We are continuing to work on this, but the year is wearing on and, at best, we will end up with a significantly shorter "writing season" than in previous years.   If we manage to get the group up and running with enough time for a decent amount of writing, than we will attempt to publish a 2011 - 2012 Chestnut Tales  literary magazine.  Please keep checking here for more info.

What can YOU do?    At every possible occasion, please express your interest in having the writing group to you assistant principal and to Mr. Davila.
